The Mini series was created somewhere between 1962-1963. They stand 4 1/2 inches tall and have a 1 7/8-inch square base. These dolls are known for their poor paint jobs. The Minis have the team name stenciled or pad-printed on the base and a decal on the chest.

Variations
Some Toronto Maple Leafs dolls were accidentally distributed with the Detroit Red Wings decal on their chest. Beware of repainted New York Rangers dolls: authentic dolls have NEW YORK pad-printed or stenciled on the base, while remakes have a decal.
A fake Rangers Mini can be identified by its stickers and incorrect colors.
